Squared Circles Venture Studio is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial CEO to launch GLP-1 Management System. This role is hybrid with the ideal candidate located in a major city such as New York, Chicago, Austin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Atlanta, or Boston.

Squared Circles is the leading consumer venture studio that turns science into culture, having launched and backed brands ranging from Algae Cooking Club to Freaks of Nature and Magic Molecule. Their latest venture is a category-defining, science-backed brand delivering innovative solutions for the millions navigating GLP-1 drugs, weight loss, and diabetes management. After two years of preparation, including product and brand development and securing funding, Squared Circles is now seeking a CEO to define and execute the company's growth strategy.


ROLE

Squared Circles is seeking an experienced CEO to launch and scale their weight management brand. This individual will lead all aspects of strategy, branding, sales, marketing, and operations to establish the company as the premier GLP-1 companion brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a bold vision, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, scaling distribution through DTC and retail channels such as Target and CVS.

  • Act as the public face of the brand, representing it at press events, conferences, and key media platforms.

  • Lead brand evolution and identity development, ensuring strong resonance with GLP-1 users and weight management consumers.

  • Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging consumer insights and industry trends to guide strategy.

  • Build and foster a high-performance team, cultivating an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.

  • Recruit top-tier talent and establish a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.


CANDIDATE


Qualifications:

  • Experience as a founder, co-founder, or early executive at a high-growth health & wellness or F&B CPG startup.

  • Leadership experience in weight loss platforms, services, or supplements with core responsibilities for revenue generation and consumer engagement.

  • Background in fitness platforms with expertise in scaling revenue and innovative go-to-market strategies.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling operations, and leading successful businesses.

  • Deep understanding of the weight loss industry, its key players, trends, and opportunities.

  • Strong ability to balance high-level vision with detailed execution.

  • Personal or professional connection to weight management or GLP-1 drug usage is a plus.


The compensation for this role is $175k-$225k plus bonus and generous equity.
